I am impressed with Ben and his team at Roofcorp. They tore out the old roof and installed the new one in great time, even picked up the pace to avoid an incoming snowstorm. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards, including returning a second time to do a final sweep for any remaining materials or nails. I received quotes from 4 different roofing companies for my total roof replacement. We had to pay for this out-of-pocket so I did my homework before starting this process and had a pretty definite idea of what I wanted before I solicited quotes. I then let all the companies quote the job without me telling them what I had in mind.I got a wide variety of quotes and approaches. My home has no soffit vents and just two old gable vents so adequate attic ventilation was an important factor to me and I waited for the companies to address this without me telling them. None of them really adequately responded but RoofCorp was the closest. Once I mentioned it they (meaning the job coordinator Jeff) was very receptive to my ideas and told me where they may need modification.Once we agreed and they understood what I wanted it all worked out fine. The crew themselves did the job in two days which was pretty impressive, they worked very hard to complete it in time as we were always watching for the next storm to come in.I would recommend RoofCorp to others, just make sure you know what you want and which directions to go in before blindly accepting quotes. I realize this may be difficult for some. RoofCorp wasn't the least expensive but you know it's better to pay a little more now and get what you want than to fix it later...read more
