I received quotes from 4 different roofing companies for my total roof replacement. We had to pay for this out-of-pocket so I did my homework before starting this process and had a pretty definite idea of what I wanted before I solicited quotes. I then let all the companies quote the job without me telling them what I had in mind.I got a wide variety of quotes and approaches. My home has no soffit vents and just two old gable vents so adequate attic ventilation was an important factor to me and I waited for the companies to address this without me telling them. None of them really adequately responded but RoofCorp was the closest. Once I mentioned it they (meaning the job coordinator Jeff) was very receptive to my ideas and told me where they may need modification.Once we agreed and they understood what I wanted it all worked out fine. The crew themselves did the job in two days which was pretty impressive, they worked very hard to complete it in time as we were always watching for the next storm to come in.I would recommend RoofCorp to others, just make sure you know what you want and which directions to go in before blindly accepting quotes. Roofcorp crew did an outstanding job replacing our hail-damaged roof. They showed up early and worked until 7pm so they could finish the job in 1.5 days. They thoroughly cleaned up after the first day before leaving, and the yard was spotless after they finished the job. Roofcorp installed the roof on our home close to 6 years ago. On the initial install they called me and asked if we would like our shed roof replaced also at no extra charge since it wasn't in the original bid. Roofcorp replaced our tile roof 5 years ago. They were fantastic! They worked with us and our insurance company. They cleaned up the surrounding area. Present time - we had a wind storm one day that blew off a tile. They came out and inspected the other tiles to make sure they were not broken. They took pictures of the replacement spot and got the tile number to see when they could find a replacement. They said it could take a while since most manufacturing places are closed right now due to the pandemic. I remembered that they have us extra tiles from before. I took pictures of it and sent it to them. It was a match. They came out and cut the tile to fit (a peak piece) and attached it. We would highly recommend Roofcorp.read more
